We specialise in copywriting, web design, website development, maintenance, SEO optimization, and content creation using technologies like Figma and Webflow.

4. Pricing and Payment

Our pricing is project-based, with maintenance services offered as pre-paid hourly packages.

A deposit is required for projects, with payment installments at specified milestones.

Credit card details must be provided when the deposit is paid.

Payment method is via credit card in AUD, with wire transfer available for payments in other currencies.

Late or delayed payments may result in project delays.

5. Project Process

Our typical project process includes:

  1. Discovery call
  2. Deposit payment
  3. Intake form submission
  4. Sitemap and wireframe
  5. Design
  6. Development
  7. Publishing
  8. Post-launch support
  9. Maintenance

Communication is primarily through email, video recordings, or phone calls, with updates at each stage.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide prompt feedback (within 24 hours) to maintain project timelines.

All necessary content and business information should be provided during intake form submission.

7. Revision and Alteration Policy

One revision and review are included.

Additional changes are charged at an hourly rate of AUD$125.

8. Project Completion and Delivery

Projects will be transferred to the client's account upon final approval.

9. Cancellation Policy

Clients can cancel services, but charged funds are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. A $50 refund fee applies for any agreed refunds.

10. Intellectual Property

Webchief reserves the right to use project content for marketing purposes unless privacy is requested.

11. Confidentiality

Publicly available information is not considered confidential.

Confidentiality practices will adhere to standard industry norms.

12. Liability and Indemnification

Webchief is not responsible for false claims or advertising on client sites.

Clients are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their content and offers.

Webchief is not liable for content that infringes on copyrights or trademarks; this responsibility lies with the client.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
