Before engaging Webchief, the site was hard to manage and was lacking content to showcase the clients expertise. Safe Space Therapy needed a way to host content and establish itself as a thought leader in the mental health industry. A DIY page was long due for an upgrade.

A full website redesign and development set Safe Space Therapy up for new beginnings. With a softer and warmer colour pallet the site is now more inviting.
An extensive CMS structure was introduced to be able to update services and blog articles without having to redevelop from scratch. The site is scalable and ready to host content.
We even implemented a toolbox, so that prospects can go though resources, playlists and workbooks before booking a call.
A strategic choice was made to lead the user to a free consultation call. Asking visitors to book a session online was a barrier we wanted to take down. In health services an initial consultation is helpful to built trust.
